Tilting pans

are characterized by a firm steel construction; the housings and covers are completely made of stainless steel AiSi304. The cover is equipped with a spring for balance and attached to the frame by a hinge located behind the pan. The pan is lifted by a thread spindle. The turning wheel is made of thermoset. Pans are made of stainless steel AiSi304 or cast iron.

All electric tilting pans contain the sandwich structured bottom plate. On the upper side there is the stainless steel plate (AiSi304) and on the lower side there are tightly screwed-on contact heating elements integrated into aluminium blocks.

All pans are equipped with stainless steel adjusting feet. In the 700 line we offer also the pan made of heavy-duty cast iron providing optimal heat capacity and even heat distribution.
