Ovens
Doors and chambers are throughout made of stainless steel. Depending on the type of range the ovens have various chamber sizes: GN 1/1 (600 lines), GN 1½ (700 line) and GN2/1 (900 line).
The guide-rails enable backing trays to be placed in three levels and can be easily removed for cleaning.

Fryers
Outer surfaces and basins of fryers are made of stainless metal AiSi304. Upper surfaces and basins are made of a thicker material and have rounded corners for easier maintenance. There are several different models available, with one or more basins. Oil temperature between 100 and 190 ˚C can be set individually for each basin, independently of others.

- All basins have a cool zone.
- All fryers have built-in thermal fuses.
- At fryers in lines 700 and 900 the oil is drained down from basins through ball valves.
- At fryers in 600 line the enclosed outflow tube is positioned onto drain valve to release the oil into a suitable vessel.
- All fryers are enclosed the lids and the chromium-plated steel wire basket.
- The special container for filtering and oil deposition can be ordered separately.
- All fryers are equipped with adjusting feet.

Griddle plates and Grills
The griddle housing is made of stainless sheet AiSi304. Top plates for food roasting are made of special thick hard-chrome plated steel or heavy-duty cast iron with high thermal conductivity.
Chrome plated surfaces substantially reduce sticking of food. Flat, ribbed or combined top plates are available. In lines 700 and 900 are also available lava stone grills, especially suitable for grilling stakes and fish.
Upper surfaces and drip-trays for oil are also made of stainless steel AiSi304. Griddle plates wide 800 mm have two separately controlled heating zones. All griddle plates are equipped with stainless steel adjusting feet.

Boiling pans
Boiling pans are made of stainless steel. Housings, upper surfaces and containers with lids are made of stainless sheet metal AiSi304.
The lid is equipped with a spring for balance and attached to the pan by a hinge. Bottom of the pan is made of stainless steel AiSi316Ti. Steam in the duplicator warms up the food indirectly thus preventing it from sticking to pan walls. A safety armature set to 0,5 bars regulates pressure in the duplicator. Pressure value is displayed on a manometer on the safety armature. Water drain and supply valves are made of chromium-plated brass. Water supply inlet is automatically withdrawn when lid is being closed. All pans are equipped with adjusting feet. AiSi304 stainless steel containers with one, two or three compartments for pasta and rice can be ordered separately.
